It is the influence of individuals in the home, at work, in society, and wherever possible, that will show many who may want to take action but do not know how to do what they can do individually
Bojana Jarchevska, a youth activist from Youth Alliance, who comes from Skopje, as she says the most polluted city, sends powerful messages for environmental protection.
"When shopping, I always use fibber bags instead of plastic bags and I try the products I buy to be packed with glass or paper packaging instead of plastic ones. I recycle the plastic and find a suitable purpose for the glass. I use cruelty-free products, ie those brands that do not test products on animal, which pack their products in recycled paper. I do not consume products of animal origin because I love animals. I consider farms and the meat industry to be one of the biggest polluters in our environment" said Jarchevska for klimatskipromeni.mk.
Bojana has participated in several waste collection actions so far, and every time she is in nature she collects the garbage that was left before.
She is constantly trying to influence the people around her to take measures to protect the environment.
It is the influence of individuals at home, at work, in society and wherever possible that will show many who may have wanted to take action but did not know how to find out what they can do individually for a healthier, cleaner life and a safer environment, thereby reducing the effects of climate change globally.
The young people are ready for #ClimateAction. What can you do?
